- Who operates this site
- The operator is Gharb Azar Aero, at Payam Free Zone · Karaj · Iran. Registration details are still to be confirmed.
- What the catalogue is
- The listings are product information, not an offer to sell and not a statement of stock at a moment in time. Availability, lead time and price are established on a quotation against a stated quantity and date. This is already how every page is written; the terms will say so formally.
- Accuracy of technical data
- Part numbers, sizes, applications and specifications are reproduced from manufacturer and supplier sources. Which of them are verified, and what a reader may rely on, is set out per record on the product page. Suitability for a specific aircraft remains the operator's airworthiness decision.
- Acceptable use
- Bulk extraction of the catalogue, and use of the request forms for anything other than a genuine enquiry.
- Intellectual property
- The site, its text and its photography. Manufacturer names and part numbers are used to identify parts and remain their owners' marks.
- Liability and governing law
- The limits that apply to use of the site, the law it is governed by, and where a dispute is heard. Both need the owner and, where relevant, counsel; nothing is stated until they are settled.
