Owner approval pending — placeholder. No privacy notice has been approved for publication, so none is printed here. This page states what the approved notice will cover. Nothing below is a legal undertaking.
WHAT THE APPROVED NOTICE WILL COVER
- What the site collects
- The contact details and requirement you type into a request for quotation or the contact form: name, company, email address, telephone, destination country and city, the aircraft you name, and any file you attach. Nothing else is asked for.
- What it stores on your device
- Your draft request list is held in this browser, on this device, so a part added while browsing is still there at the request page. It is not sent anywhere until you submit. A session cookie is set only after you sign in or open a request from an access link.
- Who reads it
- The supply desk, and the staff whose role covers the request. There are no analytics, no advertising, no third-party scripts and no external requests of any kind from these pages — a rule the build enforces, not a claim.
- How long it is kept
- Retention periods for requests, quotations, messages and attachments. These need the owner to set them; nothing is stated until they are.
- What you can ask for
- How to ask what is held about you, how to have it corrected, and how to have a request and its attachments removed.
- Who to write to
- The named contact for a question about any of the above, and the address to write to.
A QUESTION BEFORE IT IS PUBLISHED
Ask the desk what is held against a request, or ask for it to be removed, and it is answered by a person rather than by this page.
