Local relationships, with the reach of an international group behind them

From our offices in Tehran and Payam we connect local customer relationships with the international reach of our own group of companies. The office at Payam International Airport sits alongside the warehouse, so the people quoting a requirement are the people who can see the stock.

Our business combines product knowledge with the practical coordination required to move a requirement from an initial enquiry through to delivery — the sourcing decision, the paperwork, the customs step and the final mile treated as one job rather than four handovers.

Aircraft tires are the specialty the company was built on

They remain a core line, supported by a wider aircraft parts and aviation lubricants offering. Every listing carries its part number and stock status, with brand and aircraft fit where they apply.

THE COMPLETE SUPPLY CHAIN

Five stages, one group, no handovers

Our strength lies in managing the complete supply chain. Through our own international group and warehouse network in Iran and overseas, we oversee ordering, sourcing, storage, logistics and delivery as one coordinated process. This structure provides direct oversight, continuity and clear accountability throughout the supply journey.

  1. 01

    Ordering

The requirement is taken as part numbers, quantities and aircraft, and placed as one order against one counterparty.

  2. 02

    Sourcing

Bought through our own group rather than brokered on, so the buying decision and the trace paperwork sit with the same people.

  3. 03

    Warehousing

Held in group-owned warehouses in Iran and overseas, so stock is positioned before it is needed rather than after.

  4. 04

    Logistics

Movement between the group warehouses and into Iran is planned and tracked by us, including customs and onward transport.

  5. 05

    Delivery

Delivered to the customer with the documents for the unit, closing the same order that opened the process.

Stock sits where it is needed, not where it happens to be

Our group owns its warehouses, in Iran and overseas, rather than renting space in someone else's chain. Holding stock at both ends means a requirement can be met from the shelf nearest to it, and a long-lead item can be positioned before an airline needs it rather than ordered once it does.

The warehouse at Payam International Airport is the Iranian end of that network. Aircraft tires are held there in depth, alongside parts and lubricants.

Ask the desk what is on the shelf for a given part number: send an RFQ.

Accredited by Iran's civil aviation authority

The accreditation is held with the national authority for civil aviation. What travels with a unit is recorded against that unit, not against the company: how condition, release paperwork and shelf life are handled is set out in full on the quality and documentation page.

Contracted with all major Iranian airlines

Those contracts are current, and they are the reason the catalogue is shaped the way it is: the lines carried, the depth held at Payam and the aircraft the applications are recorded against all follow what Iran's operators actually fly.

AOGDesk staffed 24/7

An aircraft on ground is the case the whole structure is for

When a unit is grounded, time is lost between counterparties — waiting on a supplier's supplier, on paperwork that has to be chased, on a shipment nobody can see. Running the chain ourselves removes those waits: the stock, the documents and the movement are all things we can check rather than ask about.

AOG requests go to the front of the queue. Mail the AOG desk with the part number, quantity and aircraft.

Send us the requirement

Part numbers and quantities are enough to start. The written quote states price, lead time and the documents that ship with each unit.
