Name, email and a password of 12 characters or more. Company and delivery details belong on each request, not on the account. You confirm the address by email before the first sign-in.
Accounts run where the desk service runs. It is not running behind this page, so these forms cannot sign anyone in yet. No request needs an account: therequest page writes your request as one email that you send yourself, and that route never depended on signing in.
