- Type and registration where you have it, so the application is checked against the right effectivity.
A partial requirement is still worth sending. The desk works with what arrives and asks for the rest against the line it belongs to.
HOW AN AOG REQUEST IS HANDLED
AOG requests go to the front of the queue. Mail the AOG desk with the part number, quantity and aircraft.
No turnaround time is quoted on this page, because none has been agreed. Availability, lead time and price are confirmed on the quotation against your quantity and date.

A planned requirement goes through the ordinary request route, which keeps the AOG queue for aircraft that are on the ground.
