Quality & documentation

What is recorded about every unit we offer, and what is confirmed on the quotation rather than assumed from the product type.

Release paperwork belongs to the unit, not the product

A product page may describe the data sheet or safety data sheet for a type. It never stands in for the release certificate of a unit. Certificates, inspection records and batch or serial documents are held on the individual lot, and are confirmed on the quotation against the unit actually offered.

Condition is the actual condition, from a controlled vocabulary

Every offer and every held unit of a part carries its real condition — new, overhauled, serviceable, as removed and so on. What a customer will accept is recorded separately as a preference, and the two are compared on the quotation so a difference is shown, never substituted quietly. Lubricants and other consumables carry no condition at all rather than an empty one.

Aircraft applications carry their review status

An application record names its source and whether it has been reviewed. A record held against a family is shown as a family reference and is never expanded into an approval for every model in it. Where no reviewed application exists, the page says so.

Shelf life is checked, not assumed

Lots that carry an expiry are checked when a quotation is prepared, and a lot that cannot meet the requirement does not count towards what can be promised. Expired or held stock is excluded from availability.

CONDITION CODES

The codes used on offers, held units and quotations. A code describes the unit; it is not a promise about paperwork, which is listed separately for each lot.

ACCREDITATIONS

[certifications — to confirm]

Gharb Azar is accredited by Iran's civil aviation authority. No scope, certificate number or seal is published, because none has been confirmed: when a certificate is on file it is listed here with the issuing body and a copy of the document, and until then this section says nothing further rather than something unverified.
